Because Synapse is designed as a business-to-business (B2B) solution, we primarily process data on behalf of our enterprise clients. Please read this privacy policy carefully.   • Account and Contact Data: Name, business email address, company name, job title, and account credentials when you register for Synapse or communicate with us.
  • Enterprise Client Data: Data, documents, and information uploaded, integrated, or processed through Synapse by our clients in the course of utilizing our B2B services. We process this data as a data processor on behalf of our clients (the data controllers).
  • Automatically Collected Data: Information our servers automatically recognize when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service.
  • Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers when you access the Service from a mobile device or computer.

  • Deliver the Synapse services, including processing enterprise data as directed by your organization.
